14x9.4" cutting board is laser cut hardboard Unisub coated sublimation board. Each board is 1/8" thick. Stand is 10.5x6.3".

Pressing instructions:
**REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM**
Pre Press for 20 seconds then press image at 400 degrees for 60 seconds with medium/heavy pressure
After pressing, cool under a heavy object to help to prevent warping.
